Congratulations are in order to New Hall International School David Minanengiyeofori for winning the First Runner-Up position on Season 6 of Nigeria Info 99.3 Lagos I Beg to Differ Radio Debate Tournament. David won himself a cash prize of N500,000.00 and various computer gadgets.

We also say a big well done to Claire Mica, our fourth-place winner. Claire and David based on their performance this season, have qualified for the National Finals, which comes sometime next year.

Remember Nigeria Info I Beg to Differ is a live radio debate tournament for secondary school students all over Lagos. Four of our students made it to the rounds of 32 this season out of over 200 entries submitted. Uzowanne Emmanuel made it to the rounds of 16, and Claire and David made it to the final 4!

We believe the achievement of these students will spur their friends at school to be more dedicated to their studies and to embrace opportunities to participate in school events and competitions that will sharpen their study skills and boost their self-confidence.
