New Hall International School Lekki 2018/2019 Graduation Ceremony held on Thursday 11th July, 2019. The theme for the ceremony was celebrating our heroes, hence the event was done to create an awareness for a New Nigeria and the roles of our children as ‘leaders of today’ in its fulfillment.
Various dignitaries were in attendance at the event, including Professor Bassey Ubangha, Dean Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, radio and television executive producer and presenter, Olisa Adibua ,United Kingdom Transformation Strategist, Alero Ayida – Otobo among other guests. Professor Adegbenga Adekoya and Mr. Biodun Agbaje, Director, New Hall International School, as well as other members of the School Board were also at the ceremony to support the graduands.
There were different presentations in music, spoken word and other art forms. College students also re-enacted scenes from Shakespeare’s popular Macbeth.
The ceremony ended with serious messages on the need for all students, especially the graduands, to take the next phase of their lives with courage and dedication, and to embrace creativeness as a necessary tool for national development and progress.
